Initially founded in Singapore, Ninja Van parcel delivery and logistics services spread around the entire ASEAN region. Running on the "Hub and Spoke" distribution model, the company is also known to operate numerous warehouses in Indonesia and Vietnam.

Ninja Van is collaborating with Lazada, Shopee and Tokopedia, to ensure the fast delivery of parcels in South-Asian countries, due to the vehicle routing algorithms applied for the more effective delivery route planning.

Tracking Ninja Van parcels is super-easy. You only need to enter the tracking number Ninja Van provided you with into the search field above and click "Track" to open the shipping order status page.

Ninja Van enables customers to have their parcels delivered either at home, or pick them up at one of the so-called Ninja Point or Ninja Box locations (in some areas), using Ninja Collect services.

When the parcel has arrived, a customer will get an SMS/email with a QR code, or the four-digit verification code (OTP), depending on the selected pickup location (Ninja Box or Ninja Point, accordingly).

In addition to the verification code, you will also need the Ninja Van tracking number and a valid ID for parcel claim and collection at Ninja Points locations.

Ninja Van delivery time frame depends on the shipping location and ranges from one working day (after the confirmation) up to three, five and sometimes seven working days in some areas. The doorstep delivery schedule is usually between 9am and 10pm.
